Service Description
StitchGrid provides a platform for creating, managing, and deploying AI agents. Our Service includes:

User Accounts
- • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
- • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
- • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use
- • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Acceptable Use Policy
- • Creating AI agents for legitimate business purposes
- • Integrating with third-party services via MCP
- • Using our API for authorized applications
- • Sharing agents within your organization
- • Providing feedback and suggestions
- • Creating agents for illegal or harmful purposes
- • Attempting to reverse engineer our platform
- • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- • Interfering with other users' access to the Service
- • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StitchGrid and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service, including AI agents, prompts, and configurations. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Payment and Billing

- • Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- • We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
- • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
Payment Methods
- • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods
- • Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers
- • Failed payments may result in service suspension
- • You must provide accurate billing information
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STITCHGRID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
